Vesco Zlatev: VP Engineering

Vesco is taking the lead of engineering in Partners 1993. Vesco is working out of our Glendale office in California.
Vesco has 20 years of experience in the software business serving different roles in variety of companies: from academic positions, successful startups to large medical device companies. He has been involved in software development in a variety of industries – industrial control, mobile communications, medical devices and clinical mobile and desktop software. He worked in Partners 1993’s sister company – WebMessenger in 1997-1998 and is coming back to Partners 1993 with significant additional experience. He started his career as a developer, and has progressed very successfully though increasing management responsibility in engineering. He also holds a PMP (project management professional) certification.

Miro Saraydarov, PhD: General Manager, European Operations

With over 10 years of experience in the software development industry, Miro brings to the team a wealth of knowledge and deep understanding of how different businesses utilize wireless technology for greater benefits.
Miro began his career in 2000 with the Hi-Tech Science International Group in the Sofia University where he established and managed a highly effective team. Two years later he moved to our Webmessenger, Inc. where he established a quality assurance process to substantially improve the production quality and built a winning team, which he managed and grew by highest professional standards. His motivational and supportive management style brings out the best performance from everyone in his team to constantly exceed our clients’ expectations. Miro has a passion for science; he is a prominent PhD in Physics – Information Technology and has been actively involved in many international academic projects and scientific publications. Miro is finishing his MBA now to strengthen his universal role in the general management of our EU operations.
